You can set a score for each question in Test Cards.
Set a score for each question
Tap on a Test Card and select Edit

This will take you to the editing screen. You can type in a number by Score to set a score for each question.

You can check the total score (Full marks) on the Results Page.

Checking the score
Respondents
Respondents can see each question's score displayed in upper right corner.
Respondents can check the total score, their score, and the number of questions they've answered correctly and incorrectly.

Setter
Teachers can check each respondent's score from the Answers view in the Results Page
